REAL Independent agents at Real Broker, LLC Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota

A collective, not a team

No splits paid to us, no quotas, and no leads to farm for somebody else.

Investment focused

Every conversation here is about income property, returns, and real deals.

Grow your own portfolio

Most of us buy as well as sell, and the group is where a building gets checked before you write on it.

Transact with investors

Learn how investors analyze deals, so you can win those clients and keep them.

About

A network of agents actively working and investing together.

Everyone here already has their own book, so what we share is the part that is hard to get alone, which is honest underwriting, real deal flow, and people who will tell you when a building is a bad idea.

We are a collective inside Real Broker, so joining means moving your license there.

What you get
  • Learn how investors analyze and approach deals
  • Deal flow and collaboration opportunities
  • Skills to attract and serve investor clients
  • Grow your business, your portfolio, or both
  • A collaborative agent support network
  • High-level transaction coordination
Who we are looking for

Investor focused

Serious about building your portfolio and about serving investor clients better.

Independent and driven

Self-motivated and self-managing, because nobody here is going to manage you.

Collaborative

Willing to share deals and knowledge, since that is the only reason the room works.

Accountable

Ethical, transparent, and reliable, the kind of agent other people vouch for.

Twin Cities Real Estate Investing

The show and community Adam co-hosts with lender Tim Swierczek, running since twenty seventeen, where local investors talk about deals they really did, including the ones that went badly.

It is the wider room around AIC and it is open to anyone, so start there if you want to know what we are like before we talk about your license.

Stock and revenue share sit on top of the split and depend on your production, so untick them for the comparison with nothing assumed. Everything on the left is whatever you typed.

Do I give up a split to be in AIC?

No. We take nothing from your commissions, and you are on Real's plan the same as any other agent there.

Do I have to own rental property already?

No, but you should want to, and you should be close enough to acting on it that these conversations are useful.

Is this a recruiting play for revenue share?

Real does pay revenue share and we benefit when someone joins under us, so we would rather say it than have you find out later. Nobody here is required to recruit anyone.
